MIDSOLE
Salomon's Energy Foam is specially designed for longer distances and is a responsive foam made by combining EVA and Olefin (OBC). This foam is lightweight and provides enormous cushioning to push you forward with every step you take. The ProFeel Film is a flexible protection plate above the outsole, which protects your feet against sharp objects during your trail run and thus acts as a filter between you and the terrain. The EVA insole offers a flexible fit and extra support where you need it.
UPPER
The S/LAB PULSAR SG has an upper that makes you trail-ready. The upper consists of breathable Matryx® mesh that is reinforced with aramid fibers, which ensures an excellent fit. Furthermore, the anti-debris mesh gives you the certainty that no dirt will get between your foot and the footbed. This model has an integrated sock and ensures that no dirt gets into your shoe. The sock also offers extra protection and ensures a better connection. Finally, the shoes are equipped with the Quicklace lacing system, so your laces will never come loose while running. You also no longer have to worry about loose ends that can get stuck in branches while running. To store the laces safely, the shoe lip has a lace pocket.
OUTSOLE
The Contagrip® Mud outsole is specially designed for effortless running on wet surfaces. The sole material is soft to provide maximum grip on muddy and slippery surfaces. The sole features Chevron studs that allow it to settle deep into soft ground. The large spaces between the studs ensure that mud disappears quickly.
