Delivery & Returns

Postage to Malta:

We currently offer the following delivery options to Malta & Gozo:

Orders over €35: FREE DELIVERY

Click & Collect in-store: FREE for any value item.

Orders under €35: €5 for local delivery

Orders are delivered using Maltapost and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If you require a faster shipping method, kindly contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

International Delivery:

We have to quote for EU deliveries on standard goods but a parcel under 1kg should cost approx €15.

Over-size/Bulky orders or countries outside the EU: kindly contact us.

International orders delivery time varies depending on the country. If you require urgent delivery, kindly let us know before placing the order. 

Returns/Refund Policy

• Items are exchangeable within 14 days from date of purchase. The purchased item has to be returned with all original packaging and the original purchase receipt needs to be provided.

• Returns are accepted at our outlet in Qormi. 

• Products that develop a fault or damage will only be accepted if the client can provide a proof of purchase. On certain items, we might require up to 7 working days for inspection. 

• In the case of faulty or damaged products, Mochika - Outdoor Life reserves the right to repair or replace the fault. Damages arising from the user's negligence or misuse will not be accepted.

• The damaged or faulty product will be replaced with an equivalent product. It the item is not available, a credit note with an equivalent value of the original purchase will be supplied.

• Mochika - Outdoor Life reserves the right not to issue a cash refund for any transaction that is cancelled or returned. A Credit Note will be issued.
